TorsoPants are pants that have been specifically designed to be worn on your torso, instead of from the waist down. Unlike pants, they have a hole for your head. Like T-shirts, TorsoPants are soft, lightweight and are usually made from 100% cotton. While most people are familiar with t-shirts, the fact is TorsoPants surfaced hundreds of years prior to t-shirts. It is believed that TorsoPants disappeared for 141 years, and during that time t-shirts became hugely popular. The public, hungry for something to wear on their upper-bodies in the absence of TorsoPants, turned to these "t-shirts." They made a meteoric rise to prominence, due to lack of any real competition.
Many other torso wear options came and went - shoe soles glued together, wood paneling, asbestos coating - but these were dismissed as "uncomfortable" or "cumbersome" or "deadly." So t-shirts became the first and only choice in comfortable upper-body wear. As time passed, more and more people forgot TorsoPants ever existed, until they eventually became more of a myth than a memory. Humanity happily wore their t-shirts, completely oblivious to the fact that a far superior option had been available to them not so long ago. Then one day, without explanation, TorsoPants returned.
