Auditorium body style provides comfort for long gigs with plenty of projection of that famous Martin tone from the solid spruce top. High-pressure laminate sides and solid top provide structural stability and plenty of volume. Black Micarta® fingerboard and bridge look great and last forever.
An exciting new guitar constructed of high pressure laminated materials, the DXM gives you Martin's world-renowned craftsmanship at a price range previously unheard of for a Martin acoustic guitar. The body is composed of 66% wood and 34% polymer. The top interior of the DXM features Martin's famous X-pattern, with the left and right quadrants of the X are reinforced with panels of solid Spruce. A split bridge support uses half Mahogany and half Indian Rosewood, giving the DXM that distinctive Martin tone. The neck is solid genuine Mahogany.
